I soaked them, then walked them dry and it 100% helps with the break in. These will be my go to from here on out.

These are the best flip flops I have ever owned, i will be a customer for life. I beat them up a bit at the lake this weekend and got home and threw some leather conditioner on and they are looking brand new again. Can't wait to break them in even more.

This is my third pair in 20 years. These sandals are high quality and made to last for sure. I'm into barefoot style shoes and sneakers now and I was so glad to see that Kiwi makes a barefoot style. Love them! Customer service was amazing with all my questions about fit as my foot has grown over the years.

Been wearing your style #71 for almost 40 years, cant remember how many pairs I've bought over the decades but am truly a satisfied customer! The only suggestion I might offer is to add a few more holes in the strap taht attaches to the buckle as the strap tends to stretch with age and frequency of use.

Worth the break in. Like butter after moderate break in period (5hrs (cumulative)). Great construction and vibram sole.
